Conducting scientific research in the Netherlands in a playful, yet serious way. On 1 day research in as many hospitals as possible, that's what Flashmob Research wants. Following an American study, in which research was done in 6 hospitals on one day, we want to implement this concept in the Netherlands.
The research method is based on flashmobs; behind the scenes, a small group prepares the research. Only on the day itself do the researchers "appear" and conduct their research; the more participants, the greater the success. At the end of day, enough data is available to answer the research question.
With the help of "Ambassadors," doctors distributed among hospitals nationwide who locally support and coordinate the research, data can be collected in hospitals scattered throughout the Netherlands one day and answers to relevant research questions found.
